What affects the price

When you get a quote for exterior painting, the final number depends on a few straightforward things. The biggest factors are the total square footage of your home and how many stories high it is. If your siding has rotting wood, major cracks, or old lead paint that needs scraping, that adds labor time. Using premium, long-lasting coatings also shifts the budget compared to standard options. Complex architectural details or trim work often require extra prep. We will get your exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Paint samples are small quantities of color used to test how a specific shade looks on your siding under different lighting conditions. You should order these before committing to a full color change to ensure you are happy with the appearance throughout the day. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

Summer offers the best conditions for paint to bond quickly, provided it isn't scorching hot. Direct, intense sunlight can cause paint to dry too fast, which leads to brush marks or uneven texture. Our teams often adjust their hours to paint during the cooler parts of the morning. This keeps the finish smooth and durable despite the heat of the season.
