What affects the price
When you get a quote for exterior painting, the final number depends on a few straightforward things. The biggest factors are the total square footage of your home and how many stories high it is. If your siding has rotting wood, major cracks, or old lead paint that needs scraping, that adds labor time. Using premium, long-lasting coatings also shifts the budget compared to standard options. Complex architectural details or trim work often require extra prep. We will get your exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
About this service
Chalk paint is a decorative, water-based product known for its matte, velvety finish and ability to adhere to surfaces without extensive sanding. It is ideal for furniture restoration or achieving a rustic, vintage look on exterior accent pieces. Because it is highly porous, it requires a protective wax or sealant to hold up outside. If you want a specific textured aesthetic for outdoor decor, this is a great choice. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
Summer offers the best conditions for paint to bond quickly, provided it isn't scorching hot. Direct, intense sunlight can cause paint to dry too fast, which leads to brush marks or uneven texture. Our teams often adjust their hours to paint during the cooler parts of the morning. This keeps the finish smooth and durable despite the heat of the season.
